The COLUMN ashtray is constructed from cold-galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 15/10, and coated with polyester powder for added durability. The top features a perforated steel mesh inclined at a 45-degree angle, with 4mm holes. There are 4 precision laser-cut 20-mm holes in the mesh, and a 120x12 mm opening below it for easy ash disposal.
A lateral door (130x350 mm) located at the bottom side allows access to the removable zinc-coated steel tank for cigarette butts, which is made from 8/10 thick steel.
For secure installation, the ashtray can be anchored to the ground using 4 suitable bolts (not included), through 4 D. 8 mm holes.
