This document (General Terms and Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between on the one hand the persons wishing to make a purchase via the HIGH ROCK LTD website (, hereinafter referred to as "the customer" and on the other hand the company HIGH ROCK LTD whose registered office is located at First Floor, Standard House, Birkirkara Hill, St Julians STJ 1149, MALTA, hereinafter referred to as "HIGH ROCK LTD". These conditions apply to all purchasers.




All product prices are indicated in euros excluding VAT, excluding participation in the cost of shipping, preparation or packaging. HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order registration. The products remain the property of HIGH ROCK LTD until full payment has been received by HIGH ROCK LTD. The price is payable in full and in one instalment.


The customer can order on the internet via the website or by e-mail at our contact form or by telephone. HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous or current order, or who, in its opinion, presents any form of risk. HIGH ROCK LTD also reserves the right to refuse any order without any reason to be justified.
Any order, placed through the website, by email or by telephone with payment by telephone, implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. HIGH ROCK LTD undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. If one or more products ordered are not available, HIGH ROCK LTD undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer's order may then be cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of the order being placed. In the event that the customer maintains his order, HIGH ROCK LTD will dispatch the order without the missing products, and the difference in amount on the missing products will be valid as a credit note.


Photographs, descriptions

All photographs are non-contractual, simply because HIGH ROCK LTD ( cannot guarantee the differences in colour due to the configuration of computers or internet access software, or the luminosity during the photographs etc... HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to make technical changes to certain products without prior notice. Also, product descriptions are subject to change without notice.


Shipping and Delivery

See under Delivery and return. Delivery not includes islands, mountainous areas and areas considered difficult to access by HIGH ROCK LTD and its carriers. Please consult us for these areas.

For deliveries, we work with specialised companies and you will find the corresponding transport packages by entering your country in the delivery settings. We nevertheless invite you to contact us before placing any order so that we can guarantee you the rates, deadlines and feasibility with regard to standards and technique, etc...




Payment for purchases is made at the customer's discretion:  

    by credit card on the internet (internet payment solution)
    by PayPal
    by bank transfer


For payments by bank transfer, the products ordered are then reserved at 6 p.m. from the time and date of the order. After this time and in the absence of receipt of the corresponding transfer, HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to cancel the customer's order.

The transfer, if HIGH ROCK LTD cancels the order, will then be returned to the customer within 30 days on the sending IBAN, less HIGH ROCK LTD's bank charges for receiving and sending the payment. The bank charges will not be shared but fully borne by the customer.


Validation of the payment

Payment is validated upon receipt of the additional information requested in the event of payment by credit card requiring additional checks (See paragraph 5 Fight against credit card fraud).

HIGH ROCK LTD may at any time request further information about the payment, either from the customer or from the payment system, and any extension of the deadline will not be attributable to HIGH ROCK LTD.


Fight against credit card fraud

HIGH ROCK LTD implements all the means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted on the web and on the website thanks to Sumup, Paypal, etc. according to your choice. As such, the website uses Paypal or Sumup as a means of transaction. HIGH ROCK LTD takes no responsibility for these conditions and transactions as they are undertaken by the companies holding these rights and duties. We advise you to consult the Paypal or Sumup website for any questions you may have.

Transaction security

HIGH ROCK LTD implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web and on the website through Sumup or Paypal. As such, the website uses Sumup or Paypal as a means of transaction. HIGH ROCK LTD takes no responsibility for these conditions and the transactions as they are undertaken by your chosen provider. We advise you to consult the website of the chosen speaker for any question.

Intellectual Property

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on HIGH ROCK LTD are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights and for the whole world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the code of intellectual property, only use for private use is authorised, subject to different, even more restrictive provisions of the code of intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of the HIGH ROCK LTD site is strictly forbidden without prior agreement.




The company HIGH ROCK LTD has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery, customer service or subsequent services, only an obligation of means. HIGH ROCK LTD cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any fact qualified as force majeure, in accordance with jurisprudence.



No warranty is applicable on products sold by HIGH ROCK LTD. The products, when the order is shipped, are healthy, of good quality and in good condition. All other products sold have been approved by HIGH ROCK LTD, therefore, they cannot be guaranteed as they have passed our tests and have been approved.

However, the manufacturer's warranties of course continue, but are guaranteed by the respective manufacturers and not by HIGH ROCK LTD ( who will not take care of the after sales service of your product.

Withdrawal periods

HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to charge for order processing, preparation and/or delivery costs following a cancellation within fourteen days of the order.

Only HIGH ROCK LTD is qualified to assess the miscellaneous costs associated with the order and these costs cannot be questioned.

All perishable, deteriorable, or custom made products sold by HIGH ROCK LTD cannot be subject to cancellation periods as they are live perishable goods: "goods that deteriorate or perish quickly".

All products that require manufacturing and/or are not in stock are not returnable as they are ordered specifically for the customer and are not returnable to the manufacturers.

Protection of personal data

HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to collect data about the customer, in particular through the use of cookies in accordance with current legislation. The user can expressly oppose the disclosure of his or her details. To do so, he simply needs to indicate this by writing to HIGH ROCK LTD, Customer Service, Suite 5 - Valley Towers - Valley Road, BIRKIRKARA BKR9022, MALTA. In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, the user has the right to access and rectify data concerning him/her.

We use the services of third party advertising companies that display advertisements during your visit to our site. These companies may use information (excluding your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) about your visits to this site and other sites, in order to advertise products and services in affinity with your interests.


Use of Cookies
HIGH ROCK LTD uses cookies in order to recognise the customer when they connect to the website. The customer can at any time disable the use of these cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser. This is at the customer's expense only.





The deadlines displayed on the HIGH ROCK LTD website are the generally respected deadlines. We more often refer to shipping times because the delivery time depends on the carrier and is beyond the control of HIGH ROCK LTD.


HIGH ROCK LTD will not be liable for damages or cancellation of the order if the delivery time is exceeded. The customer cannot claim compensation for late delivery. The customer can cancel the order if the delivery time is twice as long as originally planned (either on the website or by email, whichever is longer).


On the other hand, an article which is out of stock, in a lead time longer than that indicated, or definitively unavailable, even though it can be ordered, cannot commit HIGH ROCK LTD to honour either the lead time or the supply. Any liability arising from such unavailability (temporary or permanent) is not reproachable and is not the responsibility/charge of HIGH ROCK LTD. HIGH ROCK LTD will not be liable for any event, whether or not related to this (temporary or permanent) unavailability, and HIGH ROCK LTD will not be liable for any such event.

HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to cancel an order without justification.

Competent court in case of dispute

The competent court in the event of a dispute shall be the Court of Valletta, Malta.


A mobile phone number is imperative when placing the order so that the carrier can easily reach the customer. If possible, we can provide both a landline and a mobile phone number.


If the carrier is unable to reach the customer for the delivery of the order, if the customer does not respond to a delivery notice, if he postpones the delivery or if the contact details are incorrect, a notice of suffering of 30 € HT will be invoiced. If an order has to be stored with one of our carriers, the costs incurred will also be passed on to you.

Any representation in case of absence on the agreed delivery day not notified by the customer, or any delivery made impossible due to an erroneous declaration by the customer will be invoiced 200 €.
