From design to delivery.
End to end.
When a council, an architect or a developer chooses Malta Design for a public space project, they choose a single partner for everything that follows, from the first sketch to the day the public arrives.
Understanding the place before drawing anything.
Every project starts on site. We meet the council, the architect or the developer where the project will live. We study the climate exposure, the use intensity, the existing infrastructure, the visual context. Before any product is named, we listen to the brief and read the place.

Visualise the project before it's built.
We produce photorealistic 3D renders of the proposed installation, so the project can be seen, discussed and adjusted before a single piece is ordered. Every render is built from the brief, the site analysis and the technical specifications, including EN 1176 and EN 1177 compliance for playgrounds, and Mediterranean climate constraints for outdoor materials. The rendering is not decoration. It is the moment where intent meets reality.

The foundations that make the rest possible.
A bench is only as good as its anchoring. A playground is only as safe as its surfacing. We coordinate the full civil works scope, foundations, drainage, surfacing, integration with existing infrastructure, so that the equipment we install lasts as long as it should. Civil works are not a separate trade we outsource and forget. They are part of how we deliver public space.
Built by the team that designed the brief.
Our in-house installation team installs every project we deliver. Every playground we hand over meets EN 1176 and EN 1177 standards. Every urban furniture installation is documented, photographed and signed off. Continuity from specification to handover is what allows us to stand behind every project, years after delivery.

We don't disappear after handover.
Public space lives. It is used, weathered, sometimes vandalised. We can provide annual EN 1176 inspections for playgrounds, direct sourcing of spare parts from manufacturers, and a long-term partnership for maintenance. The relationship doesn't end at delivery, it begins.
