The NEO litter bin is made of a 20/10 thick steel sheet structure. The lid is made from 30/10 thick steel, while the door is constructed from 15/10 thick steel sheet for durability.
Inside, the bin includes a removable inner container made of 6/10 thick zinc-coated polyester powder-coated steel, with 2 slotted holes for easy handling. An elastic band (10 mm diameter) ensures the waste bag stays in place.
The door is secured with a spring lock and a universal triangular key. The upper part of the bin contains a dedicated cigarette butt container, which can be emptied by removing a metal container made of 10/10 thick zinc-coated steel sheet. The container features a perforated net (5 mm holes) for extinguishing cigarettes, and has three 20-mm holes for throwing cigarette butts.
The base of the bin is raised by 50 mm, and the bottom is made of 30/10 thick steel sheet.
Ground fixing is provided by suitable bolts (not supplied) or by a vibrated concrete base of 40 mm height. All steel parts are cold galvanized and polyester powder coated for maximum durability.
