The NEO pole bracket litter bin is crafted from 20/10 thick steel sheet for the structure. The lid is made from 30/10 thick steel sheet, and the door is constructed from 15/10 thick steel sheet, with 3 internal supports for added durability.
The door is secured with a spring lock and a universal triangular key. The upper part of the bin features a dedicated cigarette butt container, which can be emptied by removing a metal container made of 10/10 thick zinc-coated steel sheet. The container is equipped with a perforated net (5 mm holes) for extinguishing cigarettes, and the inner container includes three 20-mm holes for throwing cigarette butts.
Inside, there is a waste bag support made from 20/10 thick steel sheet, reinforced with a border that serves as a housing for the elastic rope (10 mm diameter) to secure the waste bag. The bottom of the bin is also made of 20/10 thick steel sheet.
All steel components are cold galvanized and polyester powder coated for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
