FracStone Planter

The FracStone planter is designed to accommodate plants or small trees, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Crafted from colored in mass UHPC concrete, acid etched, and waterproofed with anti-graffiti treatment, it boasts smooth and rounded geometries that not only enhance the environment but also serve as reference points for vehicle circulation in public spaces.

Material:

UHPC with various strengths tailored to the piece's requirements. Minimum cement content of 700kg/m3. Compressive strength 90-150 MPA. Flexural strength 16-35 MPA. Cement: CEM I 52,5. Aggregates: Marble and granite aggregates with selected granulometry. Water: Potable water, free from impurities or suspended organic components. Reinforcement: Steel welded with corrugated steel mesh B 500 S. Certified with guarantees and CE certification: UNE-EN 12620, UNE-EN 36068, and ISO 9001:2015.

Concrete finish:

Exposed aggregate finish surface with waterproof and anti-graffiti treatment. Colors available according to color chart.

Installation:

Installation involves supporting it on the ground using polyester slings. It requires a suitable foundation. To secure it, it features bushings at the base for threading M12 bolts inserted into holes bored into the ground, filled with epoxy resin, quick-dry cement, or similar. Bolts are not included unless specified in the order. Handling with long polyester slings.

Maintenance:

Maintenance is minimal, with drainage holes at the base. The waterproof and anti-graffiti coating prevents dirt accumulation. Cleaning can be done with high-pressure hot water. Industrial spraying devices can be used for this purpose.
